Stories are what shape our lives. They are the way we relate to each other as we get to know new friends and acquaintances, and through the stories we tell ourselves and each other, our relationships and identities evolve and grow. Everyone has a story to tell. Whether that is a personal story or memoir, the story of your family history, the story of another person who had a profound impact on your life, or maybe a completely imaginary story of invented characters and events, at the core of your being is a story–indeed, many stories, and writing is an endlessly creative way to explore them. Whatever your story is, it is worth writing and developing. Writing our stories, and sharing them if we so choose, is a profound method for self-actualization, personal growth, and even deep healing. Join this class for writing tips and support from a guide who has a deep passion for writing and firsthand experience of its transformational power
