Please bring your own ukulele \nIf you still need to purchase a ukulele\, here are some pointers.  There are different sizes of ukulele…In order of size from largest to smallest: Baritone\, Tenor\, Concert\, Soprano.  The baritone tunes differently to the others\, so the chords and notes are all different. It’s the same tuning as the guitar actually. So if you need to  buy a ukulele for the course\, baritones are completely different. DESCRIPTION:The blanket exercise is an interactive educational program that teaches the history of colonization in Canada. It is based on using Indigenous methodologies and the goal is to build understanding about our shared history as Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples in Canada by walking through pre-contact\, treaty-making\, colonization and resistance. Please bring a small blanket or bath size towel. \nThis activity is run by the St Albert Museum. \n

DESCRIPTION:The ukulele is a member of the lute family of instruments of Portuguese origin and popularized in Hawaii. Has your ukulele been sitting around waiting to be played or have you always wanted to purchase one but just haven’t yet? Join our class and learn to play with others while having fun and enjoying the music. Please bring your own ukulele \nIf you still need to purchase a ukulele\, here are some pointers.  There are different sizes of ukulele…In order of size from largest to smallest: Baritone\, Tenor\, Concert\, Soprano.  The baritone tunes differently to the others\, so the chords and notes are all different. It’s the same tuning as the guitar actually. So if you need to  buy a ukulele for the course\, baritones are completely different.
