Curious about how to bake a delicious and well presented cake at home? Introductory demonstration will help beginners understand fundamental techniques and methods. In each class you will learn how to bake and decorate different cakes such as – a signature Honey cake decorated with fruits and berries, a vanilla sponge cake with fruit/berry filling, cream cheese frosting and decorated with different kinds of candies and merengues and a chocolate cake with dulce de leche filling and frosting, decorated in vintage style with different piping techniques. There will be an opportunity to try the cakes after class.

Cancellations: St. Albert Further Education reserves the right to cancel any class. A full refund will be issued for all cancelled classes.
Withdrawals, Transfers & Refunds: To withdraw from a class for a refund: • More than 7 days notification – full refund • Less than 7 days notification – credit voucher less 25% After class begins – no refund or credit Refunds may take up to four weeks to process. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance. Classes will not be canceled due to severe weather.
