Have you ever wondered how knitters create beautiful and intricate designs in their sweaters, hats and mittens? It’s actually not as complicated as you might think. Learn the difference between intarsia, Fair Isle, and stranded colourwork, how to knit with 2 colours at the same time, choosing colours for different projects, about colour dominance, how to read a chart and create a picture in your knitting.

Students must know how to knit and purl in the round.  This is not a beginner course.

Supply list will be sent after registration.

Cancellations: St. Albert Further Education reserves the right to cancel any class. A full refund will be issued for all cancelled classes.

Withdrawals, Transfers & Refunds: To withdraw from a class for a refund: • More than 7 days notification – full refund • Less than 7 days notification – credit voucher less 25% After class begins – no refund or credit Refunds may take up to four weeks to process. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance. Classes will not be canceled due to severe weather.
