Most of us avoid conflict at all cost; but what’s the drawback of not having a difficult conversation? We can learn to have healthier conversations by paying attention to a few key skills. In this learning series, we will explore strategies for having better conversations to build confidence, boost inner strength, and foster better relationships in the workplace, with family, and among friends!

Cancellations: St. Albert Further Education reserves the right to cancel any class. A full refund will be issued for all cancelled classes.

Withdrawals, Transfers & Refunds: To withdraw from a class for a refund: • More than 7 days notification – full refund • Less than 7 days notification – credit voucher less 25% After class begins – no refund or credit Refunds may take up to four weeks to process. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance. Classes will not be canceled due to severe weather.
