Caring for a loved one can be deeply meaningful, yet it often brings challenges that feel isolating, overwhelming, and can impact your physical and mental well-being. SASHA, in collaboration with Caregivers Alberta, offers COMPASS for the Caregiver,  a supportive, 4-week series focused on helping you navigate caregiving while prioritizing your own wellness. This award-winning program is led by trained facilitators who understand the realities of the caregiving journey. Participants will connect with fellow caregivers, share experiences, and gain practical tools to manage stress, strengthen relationships, and plan for the road ahead. Participants receive the COMPASS for the Caregiver manual.
