This series aims to provide day home operators management and operational information and resources. Each class can be taken as a stand alone or as a series. Once a student has completed a series of 3 classes, they can receive a certificate in Day home Management levels 1, 2 and 3.

- Making a policy manual
- Creating observations
- Start creating a dayhome management binder

Withdrawals, Transfers & Refunds: To withdraw from a class for a refund: • More than 7 days notification – full refund • Less than 7 days notification – credit voucher less 25% After class begins – no refund or credit Refunds may take up to four weeks to process. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance. Classes will not be canceled due to severe weather.
