The blanket exercise is an interactive educational program that teaches the history of colonization in Canada. It is based on using Indigenous methodologies and the goal is to build understanding about our shared history as Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples in Canada by walking through pre-contact, treaty-making, colonization and resistance. Please bring a small blanket or bath size towel.

This activity is run by the St Albert Museum.
