In this Beginner to Low Intermediate English class, we will focus on settlement in Canada. You will learn about banking, grocery shopping, restaurants, job seeking, housing, going to the doctor, money, transportation, asking and answering simple questions, learning about the areas you live in etc.

Online learning gives you the flexibility to learn a new skill where ever you are. Our online classes are instructor led and will be delivered on Moodle. After you register, you will receive access to our learning Moodle and also a link to the online classroom from your instructor. With this you will be able to participate in a classroom setting, access many learning activities and homework and interact with your instructor at your designated class time. Chrome or Firefox work best with our online classes.
Cancellations: St. Albert Further Education reserves the right to cancel any class. A full refund will be issued for all cancelled classes.
Withdrawals, Transfers & Refunds: To withdraw from a class for a refund: • More than 7 days notification – full refund • Less than 7 days notification – credit voucher less 25% After class begins – no refund or credit Refunds may take up to four weeks to process. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance. Classes will not be canceled due to severe weather.
